I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, which caused hair loss and nail ridges. Despite taking multivitamins, my condition persisted. After starting Source of Life Liquid Multivitamin, I noticed my hair was regrowing, nails improved, and my skin appeared healthier. Unappealing texture

The taste of this multivitamin is acceptable, but the thick, lumpy texture is very off-putting. The dark green colour resembled mould which raised safety concerns for me given my autoimmune disorder. I will return to my previous product.
